Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan dan menentukan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap para pengguna jasa pendidikan pada LPK Bugs Training Center (BTC) Yogyakarta. merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner 50 responden pengumpulan data. Analisis gap diagram kartesius digunakan dalam ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dari kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, masih terdapat antara harapan serta kinerja.
